Apply the scrub in circular motions then rinse. This is a perfect scrub to soak off in the bathtub because of all the benefits of Icelandic Brine. These 'salts', have 60% less sodium than other sea salts making them extremely gentle and yet have all the wonderful skin softening and detoxifying properties of a really good quality mineral salt.

If you have time, soak feet first in warm water with a half teaspoon of Organic Apple Cidar Vinager, Slip on gloves, Rub pumice scrub all over feet - use extra emphasis on the roughest parts. Rinse with warm/warmer water. Use care if rinsing in the bathtub or shower as the cream can make the surface slippery.

Apply the scrub in circular motions all over, and then get into the shower or bathtub. The sugars gently exfoliate without the sting of salts and the oils make skin feel like silk.
